The 2017 FIA Formula One World Championship is just around the corner. Before the winter testing starts, the solid automaker partnership announced the McLaren-Honda MCL32, their contender in the race.

The Improvements. Compared to its predecessor, the model is lowered and centered on improving the balance of the car. It can now produce greater output out of the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and has an improved power unit which was customized to fit the McLaren-Honda MCL32 model, reported Honda News. The vehicle will also be installed with the Honda 1.6L V6 turbo engine with ERS.

The Design. Since the departure of the CEO and chairman of the team, Ron Dennis, the model design was transformed with a new color scheme to mark the future of the team in the race. Last Friday morning, it was confirmed that the vehicle would still have a hint of orange which complemented the black color that was a famous exterior design of the team's car last 2015, reported Telegraph. According to Zak Brown, the new CEO, the team had received several wishes from fans who hoped to see the vehicle retain its colors. Alas, the Honda-McLaren MCL32 satisfied the fans' wishes.

The official lead driver of the vehicle was lodged unto the two-time world champion Fernando Alonso who was also impressed with the latest changes to the model. In fact, he referred to the vehicle as the most beautiful car that he had ever driven. He was also hopeful that the developer incorporated performance enhancers to the race. For the meantime, he is looking forward to the winter testing.

At present, the team has felt the pressure of making the vehicle run faster than its predecessors since it had been a while since they won a race. In fact, it has had a disappointing run for two years' time. Will the Honda-McLaren MCL32 do the team justice? Will they win the upcoming 2017 FIA Formula One World Championship?
