Samsung Galaxy A7 New Specs Features and A Series Upgrade Schedule

The Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 was released last month and this smartphone is equipped with better features for only $648. This is the new mobile phone that Samsung will try to match against One Plus and Xiaomi which are in the $600 to 800 price range.

This phone is part of Samsung Galaxy's A Series models which comes in 5.7inch (A7) and 5.3inch (A5)models. The new upgraded Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 model has an Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, with Exynos 7880 Octa-core and 1.9 GHz Cortex-A53 Processor, GSM Arena cited.

This smartphone has a 3GB RAM with 16-megapixel front and rear cameras. It also has a reliable 32GBinternal storage and 256GM Micro SD.

Samsung Galaxy A7 is said to be similar to Samsung Galaxy S7 because of its metal frame and the unique curved glass back. It has a 1P68 water and dust resistant according to Yahoo News.

Meanwhile, there will be a new line-up of upgrades in the Galaxy series of Samsung phones following the Android 7.0 OS update. Tech Times reported that Samsung Vice President Tansu Yugen released the scheduled dates for the update of its new Android OS 7.0 Nougat. It was posted in her twitter account but was deleted shortly after it was tweeted prompting followers to speculate that it was not an approved announcement.

However, Samsung's Turkish department released a timeline of scheduled upgrades. These will include Samsung models from 2016 and 2016.

Included in the list is the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Android 7.0 Nougat. Apparently, it will be released on February 27 while the Note 5 will be launched on March 6. In addition, the Galaxy S6 edge+ will be released on March 13.

It is expected that the 2016 Galaxy A series will be set out around April and May and its older versions like the A3, A5 and A7 by July. These dates are exclusively for users in Turkey.
