For anyone out there who has a new smartphone and is either already subscribed with T-Mobile or plans to switch, there is a new deal to be aware of. The phone carrier is having a major phone sale that includes the LG V20, the LG Aristo, and Samsung's flagship S7 devices.
From an initial price of $673 and $779, both the S7 and S7 Edge will now cost $360 each. The same goes with the LG V20 that will have a major markdown with a sale price of $360; it previously costs $769.
Buyers can also combine the deal with LG's free offer for an LG Minibeam projector, which is priced at $350. However, the MiniBeam projector offer will end after today.
For a review, the LG V20 is a large handset that has a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. In addition, the smartphone also features a 2.1-inch secondary display that can show app shortcuts, calendar events, favorite contacts and much more.
The phone is equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chipset along with 4GB of RAM. A 64GB of storage also is available that can be expanded with a microSD card up to 256GB. It comes with a dual camera setup and a selfie snapper that has a 5 MP sensor. Other features include a metal body, a fingerprint sensor located at the back, and a removable 3,200 mAh battery. It runs on an Android 7.0 Nougat Operating System.
With T-Mobile's current deal, new or existing customers of the phone carrier can pay $15 a month over one year for the S7, S7 Edge, and the LG V20. Customers also can pay it directly on a single payment of $360. Also, the deal is being offered for a limited time.
T-Mobile may be trying to unload their inventory of what will soon become older version smartphones. This is done by cutting prices on the said smartphones that have been sitting around for the last 10 to 12 months.
