At last, Bethesda finally released a new update for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition. This update is already available on PC, and now also available for both Xbox One and PS4.

The Skyrim Special Edition update 1.4 gives way to new functionality. According to Bethesda, the update also fixes bugs on the game.

Players can now easily see the number of favorites or ratings a mode has received. There are also options to sort mods by Highest Rated or Most Favorite. This can be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even on an all-time basis.

The patch is now live for both Xbox One and PS4. On the other hand, PC players can also grab a high-resolution texture pack for free.

The Skyrim Special Edition Update 1.4 adds new features to the game. This includes adding featured category for mods and sort Highest Rated and Most Favorited as mentioned above.

The update also added the number of ratings count to the Mods Browsing Menu. According to the patch, this update also added the number of favorites count to Mod Details page and the required dependencies to Mod Details page.

Aside from these cool new features, the Skyrim Special Edition Update 1.4 also fixed some bugs and issues several players reported about the game. This fix includes improvements to reporting mods categories, general performance, and stability movements and improved Bethesda.net error messaging. The fixes also fixed the occasional crashes while scrolling through the Load Order menu - something a few fans have complained of before.

On other news, another Bethesda game has gotten an upgrade - the Fallout 4. The Fallout 4 update for Xbox One and PS4 can also be downloaded now. It brings quite a few new features to the game.

These new features include enhanced PS4 Pro Support, Support for High-Resolution Texture Pack for PC players, and added a featured category for mods. For more Skyrim Special Edition Updates and Fallout4 news, keep checking back on Auto World News.
