The only thing that you have to keep in mind is that the phone should be kept in a comfortable amount based on your choice so that the navigation happens smoothly. There are various mounts like the windshield/dash mount, the CD slot mount or the air duct mount. You can choose from a wide variety of mounts based on your choice. However, it will be a good idea to make sure that the mount does not make you look down on the phone, reported Wall Street Journal.

Music. Plug in the phone to the USB and you can explore the world of music of your choice. It works well and it is not expensive for the pocket. Also, the phone can be connected to the car's Bluetooth through which the music can be routed. Also, this will help the phone to use the car's sound system for music as well as navigation.

Google. Use the phone to activate Google by simply saying "OK, Google" and this will open up a sea of possibilities for you while driving. All the information that you require will be provided by the Google Assistant and you do not have to even glance at the phone.

Prevent drunk driving. BACtrack Vio Breathalyzer is a small device which is like a compact keychain and this measures the alcohol level in your breath. The reading is sent to the smartphone and the app predicts if it is safe for you to drive or not. The app can even call an Uber if needed, reported Techlicious. This app is not yet released in the market. According to reports, it will be available within a year.
