2017 Nissan Rogue Sport Is A Good Mix Of Funky Juke And Family Oriented Rogue; Nissan's Best Selling Car!

Nissan has been consistently coming up with quality and high-performance vehicle over the years. It may not create so much buzz compared to its prolific competitor, Toyota but it certainly is doing its fair share in vehicle excellence. The 2017 Nissan Rogue sport is yet another addition to its line-up of vehicles that deliver.

The 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport offers a balance to buyers who are unsure of what vehicle to buy. Rogue may be too big but Juke may be too small. This vehicle comfortably sits in the middle making it a good option.

It is also considered one of Nissan's best-selling cars and it is easy to understand why. According to USA Today, the Sport comes with 141-horsepower 2-liter four-cylinder engine and a continuous variable transmission. Front and all-wheel drive will also be available.

The Japanese manufacturer, Nissan also has safety as top priority. The 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport is equipped with pedestrian detection, automatic front braking, blind spot alert to name just a few.

 

As the vehicle continues to impress the most meticulous and discerning of buyers, it also comes with 60/40 split folding rear seat, 19-inch wheels, and Bluetooth compatibility. It has dual-zone climate control, remote start, and lane departure warning and assist.

As per Jose Munos, Chief Performance Officer of Nissan Motor Co. and Chairman of Nissan North America, "Innovation remains core to everything that we do." It is certainly true as evidenced by the newly released vehicle.

As added by Car and Driver, the 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport is 12.1 inches shorter than the standard Rogue and has a 2.3 inch shorter wheelbase, which makes it slightly larger than the Juke. It is also expected to be few hundred pounds lighter than the Rogue. The official weight of the vehicle has yet to be confirmed.

Nissan won't be announcing the price of 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport however it is believed to be around $20,000 patterning it to the price of Rogue which is at $24,760 base price. With its appeal and power packed features, it is expected to be one of the favorites even rivaling that of Toyota's vehicles at present.
