A newly redesigned and next-generation Toyota Camry will finally debut on January 9, 2017. Toyota intends to reveal the new look of North America's gross-selling sedan via live streaming during the 2017 Detroit Auto Show.

So, how will the new Toyota Camry sedan look like and become relevant to car buyers of today's generation and automobile market? The company made the first teaser picture public almost a month before its debut. The image reveals a muscular Toyota Camry with a more dashing touch on it. Sexy can be an understatement for this new sedan. The sneak peek also showcased the back façade --- highlighting the XSE variant badge, along with its new tail lights, according to CarAndBike.

Being one of the most renowned brands in the automobile market, Toyota Camry wants to offer something new --- after being a worldwide seller for almost seven years and going through a facelift. The excitement of Toyota car enthusiasts has also gone higher with a statement released by the Chief Engineer of Toyota Camry, Masato Katsumata, about the attributes of this debutant. He said that people will get to experience a new performance- oriented and fun-to-drive-with sedan in 2017.

Based on the sales trend, Toyota aims to innovate and redefine the Toyota Camry experience for its consumers as well. If everyone recalls back in 2013, the company redesigned its previous Toyota Camry generation because they saw a decreasing number of SUV and pick-up buyers in the market. Obviously, cheap petrol advantages made the competition stiffer for traditional car sales, as IOL reported. Katsuma took a lot of efforts and initiative in gaining customer feedback from Toyota Camry owners, who helped him come up with this eighth-generation Camry model --- a total package incorporating what's missing from the previous generations and hybrid models.

What's shown in the Toyota Camry first teaser picture just gained a lot of interest for the snapshots on the total makeover Toyota has done to its eighth-generation model. Well, let's see how sexier it could even get when it's unveiled at the Auto Show. See you in Detroit, folks!
