2017 Nissan Rogue Debuts With Star Wars Movie

The force awakens as the movie "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" will showcase one of the automobile industry's anticipated model: the 2017 Nissan Rogue SUV. The vehicle will be featured in the movie and will serve as its debut. What can fans expect from the preview?

The trailer for "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" was recently released which was entitled "Battle-Tested." The preview showed a brand-new vehicle that has not been out on the market yet: the 2017 Nissan Rogue.

As the vehicle drove through a dusty landscape set outside the Earth, the Stormtroopers and spaceships went all over the place. When eruptions were imminent, the droid walks into the middle of the road. This was where the 2017 Nissan Rogue then came to the screen where the automatic braking of the vehicle launched itself to rescue the droid, according to Auto News.

With over 4,286,675 views, fans of the automobile got a glimpse of what the vehicle looked like. What are its specs?

First, the vehicle will be joining the hybrid automobile market. It was said to be a compact crossover SUV designed to compete against the Toyota Rav4 Hybrid.

Although no official statements have confirmed the price of the vehicle, its conventional version was set at a value of $23,820 with an incurring delivery charge of $940. With respect to the hybrid version, it would have a recurring $700 premium over the conventional version, according to USA Today.

Per the company's spokesman, the version was created with maximum effort by the team. Powered by a 2L four-cylinder engine that has an underlying electric motor, the model can run at 33m/gal, can generate 35mpg on the highway, and can go until 34 with the front-wheel drive version.

With a top speed of 75mi/hr., the 2018 Nissan Rogue will debut in the movie "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" by the end of this year.
