Tesla Model X Beware, Faraday EV Coming Soon

These past few weeks Faraday Future has been very busy slowly announcing and teasing its first vehicle. The company born to rival Tesla Motors - though it is not the first brand created for that purpose - is still working on its first model revealed last 2016 CES as the FFZERO1 Future Concept, a vehicle that by its end design seems to be difficult to become a production model. But not anymore.

Various spy photos and now an official teaser video shows Faraday Future electric car is near.

The first production vehicle of Faraday Future will be a crossover and come to rival the Tesla Model X. A model powered by a propulsion system 100% electric mounted on the platform VPA that the company has developed for all models developed in the future.

There is a concern that by the time of its arrival, Tesla Model X is so powerful enough to be beaten and Tesla may have other cards on the table as well but people should just wait and see for the final production model. The guys at Cnet believes that if the Faraday Future is as good as its promise, it may possibly beat the Tesla Model X.

Faraday Future Electric Car Teaser Video

A few days ago Faraday Future confirmed that the official debut day of their EV. This week, they showed the first teaser video of its first model. It is the first time the newly established brand gives the opportunity to see their electric car moving and in the video will ask viewers if they can hear the engine, according to Engadget.

One of the most secret aspects of this crossover is the battery pack to use and its autonomy. There is information pointing to a battery of 98 kWh that would give a range of around 500 kilometers. A more than acceptable figure considering new releases that are coming to the electric car sector.

The first model of Faraday Future will be produced in the factory that the company is building in Nevada (United States). However, recent information leaked casts serious doubt on the deadlines for the launch The company responsible for the construction of its factory mega Las Vegas has announced that Faraday Future has not complied with the first scheduled payments, having the possibility to stop the works if this situation is not resolved as soon as possible.

It is said that the production model will be very close to the commercial version prototype. Watch the Faraday Future electric vehicle in action here:
