M-Sport World Rally Team Goes Aggressive, Goes On To Spain

The M-Sport World Rally Team of Mads Ostberg and Eric Camilli had been hyping up to take on the 2016 FIA World Rally Championship game in three days. In fact, it was revealed the team is cooking up new updates for the race cars and everyone is working on a fast pace at M-Sport's Dovenby Hall.

 With only three days to prepare for the Spanish 2016 FIA World Rally Championship campaign for next week at Catalunya, the M-Sport's Dovenby Hall has been hyped up with every department gearing up the six competition cars.

Updates To The Ford Fiestas

As reported by Motor Sport, a week-long test in preparation for the 2017 season has been conducted by the team. In fact, it was revealed that the team is up and ready to take on all on-going projects despite the deadline they are to achieve this week. However, the RACC Catalunya in an extended 75-minute service for Friday evening.

Ostberg And The Race

Mads Ostberg was said to be excited about going back home on the gravel for the 2016 Rally Catalunya race also known as Rally de Espana event. As reported by The Checkered Flag, the M-Sport driver finished behind his team-mate Eric Camilli during the Corsican asphalt in ninth.

Since then, the driver has excelled to finishing fourth in three distinct events without even reaching the podium.

During an interview, Ostberg said, "This is an event that I really enjoy, and we've done well there in the past. I'm really looking forward to getting back to gravel, and we learnt a lot in Corsica that we can transfer to the asphalt sections."
