Mobile transport service Uber is once again expanding its reach to various businesses across the world by sealing a partnership with Yext, a business information management company.

The collaboration, which was formally announced last September 29, 2016, will be a two-way integration of the services in the Uber app and the content from the businesses handled by Yext. In this setup, customers will be able to book an Uber ride within the website's or information campaigns and at the same time be informed of the other services that Yext's clients offer while using the app.

In an interview with International Business Times, Yext's vice president for strategy and product development Marco Ferrentino emphasized that this partnership will help make meets end for their clients who want to provide a more holistic experience to their customers.

"We're closing the loop so that businesses can provide a great experience all the way from search results to checkout - which includes actually getting to the location," he said.

Three features will be launched in the said partnership. First, Yext's clients can allow reservations to Uber rides by including a "Ride with Uber" button on their online content. At the same time, Uber app users will have access to services offered by their Yext's partners through the "Trip Branding" feature. Lastly, locations for the establishments of Yext's clients will be accurately integrated in the Uber app.

Despite the hefty and extensive features that come with such partnership, Ferrentino told in an interview with Fortune that customers will not have to worry about any additional charges for such services.

"This was something that was so transformational, we didn't want to charge extra money for it," he said.

Yext currently provides location-based information services to more than 800,000 clients around the world since their establishment in 2006.
