According to GossipCop and TMZ, Kim Kardashian was pulled over yesterday in her $300,000 Rolls-Royce.
The reality-TV star was reportedly being pursued by paparazzi when the California Highway Patrol (CHP) pulled her over. Unlike Justin Bieber, who was ticketed for speeding last week, she was not trying to outrun them. Rather, she was pulled over because her black Rolls-Royce Ghost had no license plates.

The gossip blogs both report that she was allowed to continue on her way without a ticket, after she pulled the plates out of her glove compartment and showed them to the CHP.
Apparently, keeping them there is allowed, or something.
