The Perfect Family Car: 2017 Toyota Sienna Earns 5-Star Safety Rating

The 2017 Toyota Sienna is proving to be the perfect family car Toyota envisioned it to be as it boasts performance, efficiency, covenience but most importantly safety as it bags a five star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

This spacious, efficient and now safest minivan has a lot to offer for your family and most Americans agree too as sales had been increasing ever since its launch. It can seat up to 8 passengers with an interior cabin that's extremely rearrangeable for maximum convenience. It has a bluetooth wireless system, a 6.1" screen on the dashboard, Entune App Suite, Siri Eyes and other functions that is tailored for the whole family.

The 2017 Toyota Sienna which is already on sale all over the United States received five stars in the side crash test, five stars in the rollover crash test and four stars in the front crash test with an overall average score of five-star.

All this is possible because the 2017 Toyota Sienna is equipped with vehicle stability control, brakes with antilock system, smart-stop technology, airbags at the front and all sides of the vehicle as well as traction control - a feature that sets it aside to other minivans - that enables the all-wheel drive to be use in snowy areas without sliding, matching the traction capabilities of many SUVs but with the added space and comfort.

Other must mentioned safety features of the Toyota Sienna are the forward collision warning which tells you if you are too near in front of a vehicle, the lane departure warning to be used when there is a traffic jam as well as a rearview video system for added security.

It is also worth nothing that another car received a five-star safety rating from the NHTSA and this is the 2017 Kia Sedona, a direct competitor of the 2017 Toyota Sienna. Other competitors the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, Honda Odyssey and Nissan Quest did fairly good too in the safety test made.
