Kia displayed the automaker’s new Optima SX Limited and the redesigned Rio subcompact at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show.

“The 2012 Rio and Optima are prime examples of Kia's commitment to offering consumers tremendous value with world-class design, cutting-edge technologies, outstanding fuel efficiency and modern amenities," said Michael Sprague, vice president of marketing and communications of the company.

The Optima SX Limited, favored by many during the company’s “Drive the Dream” Super Bowl ad last Sunday that starred Adriana Lima, comes in three exterior colors – Ebony Black, Snow White Pearl, and Titanium Metallic – and includes many features that are mainly found on luxury vehicles, such as LED daytime running lights, wood interior trim, and chrome-accented rear spoiler. The new 2012 model will have one of the best warranties in the North America, with 10-year/100,000-mile limited power train warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile limited basic warranty.

“The [Optima SX Limited] delivers upscale features and premium materials that discerning midsize sedan customers are not able to find in many of our competitors,” Sprague said.

The all-new Rio is available in LX, EX, and SX options, achieving fuel economy rating of up to 30 city / 40 hwy mpg while maintaining 138 horsepower.
