Amazon will be featuring a deluge of deals for the next week during the buildup to Black Friday.
Deals for the most renowned shopping day of the year started Friday, with new sales planned for eight days in a row, the online marketplace announced.
Amazon's door-buster deals to be featured over the next week include sales on electronics, toys, books and more.
The company wants to shake up Black Friday tradition by encouraging buyers to shop from home through its online marketplace. Amazon will be adding deals throughout Thanksgiving week, sometimes as often as every 10 minutes, said a press release.
Black Friday deals will be announced here during the next week.
Amazon Prime members can get a special scoop on upcoming deals, gaining a 30-minute advantage to purchase certain items on sale.
